Eric Matthew Hoffman, 7 days old, Greenwood, Clark County, died Wednesday, March 27, 1996, at Children's Hospital in Milwaukee, following surgery. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, 1996, at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Stetsonville. Pastor James Babler officiated. Burial was in Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery.


Eric Matthew Hoffman was born on March 20, 1996, in Marshfield, to Matthew L. and Ann M. (nee Raasch) Hoffman.


Survivors include his parents of Greenwood maternal grandparents, Bill and Joyce Raasch, Dorchester paternal grandparents, Earl and Patricia Hoffman, Greenwood paternal great-grandparents, Earl and Doris Hoffman, Cedar Rapids, Iowa maternal great-grandmother, Ella Messmann, Medford and numerous uncles, aunts, great-uncles and great-aunt.


Hemer Funeral Service, Medford, assisted the family with arrangements.
