Drake, Eva (11 SEP 1842 - 9 JUL 1883)


Died, at the residence of her mother, Mrs. D. W. Stanard, July 9, 1883, Miss Eva Drake, aged 40 years, 9 months and 28 days.

The deceased was born in Stockholm, N.Y., Sept. 11, 1842. She was a half sister to our well known townsman, John Stanard. She has been a very patient sufferer for many moths and was always cheerful, and grateful for the kind and unswerving care of her friends. She looked in the grave as a place of sweet rest. She has been a member of the M.E. Church for years. The funeral was held from the house.
