LUKE MILLER


Luke Jerald Miller, 15, Loyal, Clark County, died Wednesday, July 6, 1994. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 1994, in the Loyal High School gymnasium. Pastor Steven Groves officiated. Burial was in the Loyal Cemetery.


Pallbearers were Ben Rakovec, Josh Rakovec, Luke Lindner, Jeff Acker, Aaron Rueth and Jeremy Witt.


Luke Jerald Miller was born on Aug. 7, 1978, in Marshfield, to Marvin and Arlene (nee Mechelke) Miller. He was to be a sophomore at Loyal High School this fall.


He was on the wrestling team, the football team, Student Council and Homecoming court. He lettered in football.


Survivors include his parents of Loyal two brothers, Corey and Shawn, at home and his grandparents, Edward and Ina Miller and Warren (Duke) and Violet Mechelke, all of Loyal.


Rinka Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
