Francis Frank Elpert, 70, Loyal, Clark County, died Saturday, July 30, 1994, at his home. Funeral services were to be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 1994, at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal. Father Roman Kaiser officiated. Burial was to be in St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery. Visitations were to be held from 9-11 a.m. on Wednesday at Rinka Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Jerry Hubing, Donald Rosenlof, Jim Johnson, Leo Geiger, Vern Smith and Jim Noah.


Francis Aloys Elpert was born on June 21, 1924, in Medford, to John and Mary (nee Tiskoetter) Elpert. He lived with his family around the area until 1944. They then moved to the farm and he has lived there since. He worked at O.W. Trindal Co. for 17 years.


Survivors include two brothers, Walter and Joseph, Loyal and one sister, Ida Goodwin, Loyal.


He was preceded in death by his parents.


Rinka Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
