Leaving his home at Hannibal, Wis. at an early hour they had reached a point a short distance south of Marshfield, when Mr. Keefer, who was driving the car, complained of illness, stopped the car alongside the road, fell backward in the seat and expired as a result of a stroke of apoplexy. The body was sent to his home at Hannibal and prepared for burial. Deceased was born at Prosper, Minn., Sept. 21, 1895, and moved to Hannibal, Wis., with his parents when sixteen years of age. He was united in marriage to Miss Sarah Malcolm on Oct. 16, 1913, and is survived by his wife and three sons, George, aged 13, Leon 11, Robert 10, his parents, four brothers and two sisters.
