I believe this is the Chili Tavern behind the train.

 

Card dated Aug. 19, 1909.  From William Bealer to Lena Grobe.  They were married two years later.  He is on his way to Dakota.  Several family members went to Dakotas to work in harvest.  Postmark is Minneapolis.
