Bio: McEntee, Will H. (1881) Contact: Crystal Wendt ----Surnames: McEntee, Ryan, Carpenter ----History of Northern Wisconsin (Eau Claire County, Wis.) 1881, page 327 WILL H. McENTEE, Eau Claire, was born in the town of AImont, Lapeer Co., Mich., March 9, 1857, and lived in that State until 1877, when he came to Eau Claire. He manifested artistic talent when a child, and his life study has been portrait painting and crayon work, in which he was engaged in Lapeer, Mich., before coming to Eau Claire. He is now engaged upon the portrait of the late Chief Justice Ryan, for the Bar of Milwaukee, and one of Matt. H. Carpenter, for the State, under order of the Governor.
