Diane L. Betthauser, 45, Holmen lost her battle with cancer Sunday, May 31, 2009, at her home.

She was born Jan. 2, 1964, in Black River Falls to Donald and Violet (Laufenburg) Olson.  Diane loved to sing karaoke, cook and do crafts with her kids.

In addition to her father of Black River Falls, she is survived by her four children, Josh Olver of Holmen, Jonathon Betthauser of Holmen, Zabrina Johnson of Osseo and Pamela Betthauser of Holmen; one brother, Michael (Julie) Olson of Holmen; and her nephew, Patrick Olson of Holmen.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 2009, at the Squaw Creek Lutheran Church in Black River Falls.  Pastor Thoreson will officiate.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at the church Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.

The Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home of La Crosse is assisting the family.
