Our community was shocked Tuesday morning to hear of the death of Mrs. Frank Krosinski the previous evening.  She had been taken to the Krohn Hospital at Black River Falls Friday, seriously ill with pneumonia.

Mrs. Krosinski, (Joyce) was born in Dodgeville and was 33.  Nearly 30 years of her life were spent in the area around Humbird.  She lived in the Town of Mentor and near Merrillan.

She is survived by her husband, Frank; a daughter, Barbara; three sons, Howard, Scott and Kenneth, all at home.  Also surviving are her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Bailey of Humbird.

Funeral services were held Saturday morning from the Immaculate Conception Church at Alma Center, the Rev. Fr. McCaffery officiating.  Burial was made in the Alma Center Cemetery.
