Kathy Fehlhaber, 48, Wausau, died Tuesday, June 30 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

 

Funeral services were held Friday, July 3 at The Church of St. Anne in Wausau, with Rev. Steven Brice officiating.

 

Burial was at Friedenshain Cemetery in the Town of Berlin.

Kathy Fehlhaber, 48, Wausau, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

 

She was born Aug. 2, 1960, in Phillips, daughter of the late Edward and Mary Ann (Pisca) Donovan.

 

On May 5, 1984, she married Jeff Fehlhaber in Phillips. He survives.

 

Kathy graduated from Phillips High School in 1978 and continued her education at the former North Central Technical Institute in Wausau, where she graduated in 1979. Kathy was currently the owner and operator of Kathy's Cleaning Service, Wausau. Among her many interests were gardening, camping up north and, most of all, spending time with her family and friends.

 

Survivors include her husband, Jeff Fehlhaber, her daughter, Tara Fehlhaber, and her son, Trevor Fehlhaber, all of Wausau; one brother, Mike (Amy) Donovan, Round Rock, Texas; one sister, Patty (Rick) Flora, Medford; one half-sister, Judy Treadway, Wausau; her mother-in-law, Joyce Fehlhaber, Wausau; and many other relatives and friends.

 

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Lawrence Fehlhaber. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2009, at The Church of St. Anne, Wausau. The Rev. Steven Brice will preside. Burial will be in the Friedenshain Cemetery, town of Berlin. The family will greet friends from 10 a.m. until time of services Friday at the church.

 

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the U-W Cancer

Center and the staff of the Oncology Department at Aspirus Wausau Hospital for all the care and support given to Kathy and her family.
