---- Biller, Marie Jane (Borosewicz) (September 21, 1952 - May 12, 2010)

Marie Jane Biller (Borosewicz) of Glen Flora died Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at Rusk County Memorial Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. She is with the Lord.

Marie was born September 21, 1952 at St. Mary's Hospital in Ladysmith to William and Helen (Cabak) Borosewicz.

Marie graduated from Ladysmith High School in 1970. She married Duane Biller September 23, 1972 at the Glen Flora Lutheran Church by Pastor Daniel Holm and they were happily married for 37 wonderful years. They had two daughters, Jessica Biller of La Crosse and Angelea (Travis) Moore of Glen Flora.

After their marriage, Marie went back to Minneapolis, Minn., where she worked at the University of Minnesota. They worked and lived there for about a year until they moved back to her hometown of Hawkins. She took on jobs working at bar establishments. This was quite her forte as Marie was blessed with the gift of gab and such an infectious laugh and smile.

In 1978 they bought a 120 acre farm where she started milking cows and raised her two children in a farm atmosphere. She did this as she lived life, with so much gusto, love and laughter.

After 12 years, they sold the milk cows and continued to raise beef cattle for a hobby. She was a meticulous housekeeper which led her to her last job at the AmericInn. She loved this job and took it on like it was her own huge house to clean and decorate.

Marie loved life as nobody can. She always had a smile on her face and looked forward to each and every day. Her joys were her husband, children, grandchildren, eagles and chimes. Marie touched everyone she came into contact with. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Marie is survived by her husband and love of her life, Duane Biller, and children, Jessica Biller and Lea (Travis) Moore. Grandchildren Taylor, Jayda, Blake and Lilly; Her mother, Helen Borosewicz; brother, Bob (Carolyn) Borosewicz; and sisters, Gloria (Marv) Miller, Jane (Larry) Hruby, June (Doug) and Joan (Emery) Heath.

Services were held at Hope Lutheran Church in Ladysmith on Saturday, May 15, 2010, with Pastor Dwight Hanson officiating. Upon her request, she will be cremated and remain in the farm house she loved until it is time for her and Duane to be together again.
