Bio: Kollath, Fred, Pastor
----Surname: Kollath ----Source: Medford Area Centennial Book, 1874 - 1974, Community United Church of Christ, page 76 Kollath, Fred, Pastor Reverend Fred Kollath became the next pastor in 1946. During his pastorate, a new addition consisting of Sunday School rooms and a Narthex was built in the front of the church in 1957. Two rooms were also added to the back of the Church. Also during Pastor Kollath’s pastorate, a merger between the Congregational Christian Churches and the Evangelical and Reformed Churches was finalized in 1961. The old parsonage was torn down in 1962 and the new parsonage was completed in 1963. Pastor Kollath died in March of 1964. |
