Darlene I. Hoeck, 68, Gilman, died on Monday, May 16 at Memorial Health Center in Medford.

 

As Darlene requested, following cremation, no formal services will be held.


Darlene was born on June 27, 1942 in Chicago, Ill.

 

On August 24, 1963 in Hannibal, she married Mack Hoeck, who preceded her in death in 2002.

 

She worked as a laborer in sewing and plastics manufacturing. She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren and friends.


Survivors include two sons, Marty (Ann Nicholai) of Eau Claire and Howard of Gilman; two daughters, Sandra Hoeck of Grants, N.M., and Shelia (Carl Stargardt) of Medford; a sister, Patricia; a granddaughter, Randi; and other relatives and friends.


In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Kara.
