Neil K. Spreen Sr., 80, Medford, died on Friday, Dec. 30 at his home.

A celebration of his life was held on Tuesday, Jan. 3 at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with Pastor Kenneth A. Dix and Deacon Joseph Stefancin officiating, and full military honors performed by the Medford Area Military Honors Team.

Cremainal inurnment was at Medford Evergreen Cemetery.

May 19, 1931, Medford

Attended Medford Public School

MARRIAGE INFORMATION:

July 9, 1951, North Dakota to Eleanor W. Bohn and they later divorced
2nd May 1987 to Marguerite Donnelly and they later divorced

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE:

After school Neil moved out to Montana where he worked on a ranch and was a truck driver. In 1951 he was then drafted in the U.S. Army where he was stationed in Germany and discharged in 1953. He held a variety of jobs until he started Spreen Construction where he owned and operated the company from 1969 until his retirement in 2010. Neil enjoyed fishing, hunting, trips to the casino, his ponds and wildlife. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and his cats.
