Wednesday, 6 June 1934 Auburndale Mrs. Francis Tice, Minneapolis, accompanied Mr. and Mrs. John Fuehrer and son, Richard, and daughter, Evelyn, and Arleen and Virginia Karl to Wausau Sunday, where they visited Miss Irene Fuehrer. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kriesie, Manitowoc, Miss Viola Kocian, Wayside; Delbert Stewert, Wisconsin Rapids; Adolph Mancl and daughter, Sylvia, and son, Henry, Milladore, were Sunday dinner guests at the Alfred Baierl home. Mrs. Mike Brandl spent the week end at the home of her son, Ed and family, Altdorf. Mr. and Mrs. L. Heuer, Pittsville, spent Sunday at the Louis Greiner home. Mrs. Vendil Kravonka and children and Art Greiner, Waukegan, Ill., spent the week end at the Louis Greiner home. Mr. and Mrs. W. Steiner and son, Howard, and Mrs. Pete Williams, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. George Schmidt, Marshfield, left Saturday for the southern part of the state, where they will spend a few weeks visiting relatives. Mrs. Louis McDonald and daughter, Carol Jean, arrived at the James Lawrie home Saturday, where they will remain for an extended visit.
