Seubert, Kathryn M. (24 Nov. 1910 – 29 Sept. 1994)

Kathryn M. “Pat” Seubert, 83, of Maryknoll Ave., died at 1 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Hospital Hospice Care Unit. She had been admitted to the hospital Aug. 31.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Sat. at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church with the Rev. James J. Logan officiating. Mrs. Helen Brinkmann will be organist, and Frank Binder will be soloist.

Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dr. John Burns, Lawrence Eberhardy, Ray Cherney, Roy Andrew, Paul Nedd and Orval F. Reed.

Visitation will be at Rembs/Kundinger Chapel at 6 tonight and again Sat.until service time. A combined Our Lady of Peace Parish Council of Catholic Women and parish prayer service will be at 7 tonight at the funeral chapel.

She was born Nov. 24, 1910, in Marshfield, to John and Mary (Brochmann) Seubert. She attended St. John’s Parochial School and was a 1928 graduate [line missing] Hospital School of Nursing, graduating in 1931. She never married.

She was a life-long resident of Marshfield. After her education, she began her nursing career as a private duty nurse. She then became associated with the Marshfield Clinic in the Department of Anesthesiology as an anesthetist for a number of years. She later became a staff office nurse at the Clinic until her retirement. She continued to reside in Marshfield after retirement. Her residence was with her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Snyder.

She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church and the Parish Council of Catholic Women.

Survivors include one sister, Dorothy A. (Leonard W. Snyder) of Marshfield, and three nieces and nephews.

She was also predeceased by her parents and two sisters, Helen Potter and Margaret Hartman.

Memorials may be given in her name to Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church or the Marshfield [line missing]
