(27 July 1919 – 17 May 1994) Eulah J. Glaman, 74, of 308 W. Ives St., died at 10:55 p.m. May 17, 1994, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Sat. at Christ Lutheran Church with the Rev. Mark Krueger officiating. Bruce A. Jensema will be organist, and Duane Helgerson will be soloist. Burial will be in Veterans Field of Honor, Hillside Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time Sat. at the church. Rembs/Kundinger Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. She was born July 27, 1919, in Fort Atkinson, to Alpheus and Ella Mae (Kelly) Triggs. She graduated from high school in Racine in 1936 and from the Milwaukee Hospital School of Nursing in 1943. She then served in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps from April 12, 1943, until Feb. 16, 1946. She was stationed in the Philippines and New Guinea. She was married to Donald R. Glaman Aug. 10, 1946, in Wisconsin Rapids. After her marriage, she worked at the Medford Hospital for a short time until moving to Marshfield. She then was employed by the Marshfield Clinic in the orthopedics and pediatrics departments. She later became an instructor of nursing at St. Joseph’s School of Nursing and served in that capacity until retiring in 1985. She and her husband continued to reside in Marshfield after retirement. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband; one son, Dennis G. (Carol) Glaman of Fond du Lac; one daughter, Kathy E. Jones of Marshfield; two brothers, Dr. Perry (Sybil) Trigggs of Fargo, N.D., and Wayne (Lily) Triggs of Anniston, Ala.; and three grandchildren, Scott and Stacey Jones of Marshfield and Krista Glaman of Fond du Lac. She was predeceased by her parents, three brothers and three sisters.
