MANN.

F. Scheschi had a dance last Sunday.

Mrs. Schneider's brother Fond du Lac paid her a short one day last week.

Mr. Martell and family returned from the west where he has disposed of his homestead.

The Consolidated Farm people have caused quite an excitement here in Mann this last week. Several have already left.

A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Bodish last Wednesday but it only lived a half day and Thursday afternoon it was buried in Spencer.

Mr. Mitchell moved his house.  It had no foundation and after making a foundation a short distance from where the house stood he moved the house on it.

Last Friday as one of the morning freight trains were going through Mannville one of the cars loaded with wood was seen to be burning. It had already burned so
far they could not save it and so they put it unto the side-track but not before a second car also with wood had caught afire. The two thus burning caused a delay in the other trains for almost 2 hours, then only with caution could they pass
the burning mass.
