Walter Clark purchased five head of pure bred Holstein cattle while at Baraboo last week.
Mrs. Ed. Barker and baby and Grandpa Elliot went to Benton last Thursday.
A large crowd took part in the League at Mr. Blanchard's Sunday evening. The next meeting will be at the W. P. Drackley home, Florence Belton leader.
William Burhopp and' wife and daughter Beatrice made a business trip to Grand Rapids Friday.
There will be a business meeting of the Richfield Ladies Aid Wednesday afternoon at William Burhopp's.
We hope every family will have something especially nice to exhibit at the coming fair.
The Aid Society meeting at George Kickland's was not very well attended on account of the rain.
Messrs. W. W. Clark and Otto Leu and Mr. Furgeson made a trip through this part of the county, recently, looking for stock to exhibit at the Milwaukee Fair. They were also making arrangements for the Holstein quality sale this fall.
Little Harola Omans was quite seriously hurt while playing in his grand father's barn last Wednesday.
There will be an ice cream social a the E. E. Miner home Thursday evening for the benefit of the Epworth league.
Miss Florence Belton celebrated her birthday by entertaining a few of he friends at dinner Sunday.
