Zganci Koroski

2 Cups boiling water

1/2 tsp salt

1 Cup buckwheat flour

Put flour in frying pan and brown, stirring all the time until light brown. 

Pour boiling water slowly over flour and keep stirring until all flour is used.  Add butter to taste, or if you like, serve with cracklings.  (Submitted by Anna Volovsek, in the "Kuharice iz Willarda")
