Way Back When

This week’s Way Back When photo is just in time for FFA week, which is just around the corner.  One young man, most likely in the high school FFA, stands with an older gentleman with a show calf.  The two are in what seems to be a cattle showroom with posters of cost to raise a calf along with other cattle-raising information. Do you know who these two men are?  Do you know where they are showing the calf?  Tell us what you know by contacting The Thorp Courier.

Last week, the Courier published a photo of an elderly woman standing in front of a collection of salt and pepper shakers.  The woman was identified as Mrs. Edward Mimmie Lund.  Neira Van Hecker of Medford originally took the photo.

For more information on this photo, check next week's column.
