Leo Kronberger

July 20, 1895 - January 15, 1985 

Kronberger, Leo, 1920s.gif (35239 bytes)Leo Kronberger was a resident of York Township, owned a farm in Section 9 on County Highway H.  He was the son of Leonard and Barbara Kronberger, German immigrants who came to York Township from Jefferson County in 1895.  Leonard and Barbara (nee Kronmueller) Kronberger owned a farm in Section 8 on Heath Road.  He was the husband of Lulu (nee Benedict) Kronberger, a descendant of both Adonijah Benedict and Sophronia Lawrence, both pioneers of York Township.  Leo and Lulu Kronberger’s children were Dorothy Prior, Ivan Kronberger, Betty Pabich, Wayne Kronberger, Jean Lavey, and Jerry Kronberger.
