Cynthia Young

June 5, 1872 - March 25, 1924

Born in Greenbush Township, Sheboygan County, Cynthia (nee Adams) Young was a daughter of Samuel A. Adams and Minnie (nee Heath) Adams,  pioneers of York Township.  As a young child, Cynthia Adams came to to York Township with her parents in 1878; most likely to the Samuel Adams homestead, located in Section 4, across the road from the farm belonging to her aunt and uncle, Emily (nee Adams)  and David Rogers. 

On June 5, 1893 Cynthia Adams married Edwin Young, a son of Nelson H. Young, another pioneer of York Township.  Edwin and Cynthia Young’s only child was Alice Young who married Rollie Benedict.
