Oppenheim-LaBouve

Rebecca Oppenheim and Benjamin LaBouve, both of Amery, were married June 30, 2007, at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, Milwaukee.

The bride is the daughter of Irene Melonas and Harvey Fox, Merrill; and David and Andrea Oppenheim, Glenview, Ill. The groom is the son of John and Nancy LaBouve, Sheboygan.

Maid of honor was Julie Slowiak, Kalamazoo, Mich.; and honorary matron of honor was Shalyn Williams, Chippewa Falls. Jason LaBouve, brother of the groom, Sheboygan, was best man.

Serving as bridesmaids were Sarah Brock, sister of the bride, Nashua, N.H.; Mireya Sigala-Kirby, Eau Claire; and Stephanie Amans, Amery. Junior bridesmaid was Eleanor Grammas, the bride's niece, Annapolis, Md. Personal attendant was Mary LaBouve, the groom's sister-in-law, Sheboygan.

Groomsmen included Brad Teetzen, Sheboygan Falls; Brian Ludwig, Oshkosh; Brent Bouchonville, Green Bay; and Jason Amans, Amery.

Ushers were Jason Schwaller, Waldo; and Dean Grammas, brother of the bride, Apple Valley, Minn.

A reception was held at Breaking Bread Banquets, Sheboygan. The couple is planning a honeymoon for spring 2008.

Rebecca is 1998 graduate of Merrill High School and earned a bachelor's degree from UW Eau Claire and a master's degree in school counseling from UW Stout. She is a guidance counselor for the Amery School District. Ben is a 1998 graduate of Sheboygan South High School, attended UW Sheboygan, and earned an associate-s degree in fire fighting from Fox Valley Technical College. He works for R&S Concrete Pumping.

The pair resides in Amery.
