Minnie M. Dorn

Minnie M. Dorn. 99, of Merrill, died Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at Bell Tower Residence, Merrill, under Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.

Born in Fortville, Ind., on Feb. 2, 1908, Minnie was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Rosskoph Dorn.

Minnie had worked for the Civil Service in Washington, D.C., until her retirement. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a former member of the Mission Circle in Merrill Minnie enjoyed sewing clothes for her nieces and nephews.

Surviving are her brother Oscar Dorn, Merrill; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by six sisters and a brother.

Funeral services were Friday, April 20, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Merrill. Rev. R. Brian Stolarczyk officiated. Burial was in Merrill Memorial Park. The Waid Funeral Home, Merrill, was in charge of arrangements.
