Schroder-Silvela

Dawn Schroder and Gonzalo Sanchez Silvela were married Jan. 13, 2007, at the home of Ted and Kim Nickel, Merrill. Rev. Carolyn M. Saunders officiated at the late afternoon ceremony, with music provided by soloist Kelli Bergmann.

The bride is the daughter of Norma and Ross Schroder, Merrill. The groom is the son of Eugenio Sanchez Guzman and Isabella Silvela de la Hidalga, Madrid, Spain.

Maid of honor was Paulette Doering, sister of the bride, Merrill; and Brian Schroder, brother of the bride, Merrill, was best man.

Also standing up were bridesmaid Tracey Schroder, the bride's sister-in-law, Merrill; and groomsman Chad Dahlk, Long Beach, Calif.

A reception was held at the Performing Arts Foundation in Wausau.

Dawn is employed at Church Mutual Insurance in Merrill.

The couple lives in Merrill.
