Catherine A. Mayr

Catherine A. Mayr, 46, of Merrill, died Wednesday, July 25, 2007, at her home.

Catherine was born Aug. 8, 1960, in Chilton, daughter of Roger and Theresa Wagner Mayr.

Catherine volunteered at HAVEN where she counseled women who were victims of abuse. She enjoyed collecting angels, baking and gardening.

Survivors include her parents Roger and Theresa Mayr, School Hill; sons Jed Wagner and Abe Wagner, sisters Carl (John) Loeffler, Sheboygan; Jane (Chani) Lau, S. Lake Tahoe, Calif.; and Maria (Tony) Wusterbarth, Fond du Lac; brothers Mark (Sharon) Mayr, Elliccott City, Md.; Peter (fiancee Tracy Grube) Mayr, Fond du Lac; David (Rita) Mayr, New Holstein; and Paul (Kelly) Mayr, Highlands Ranch, Colo.; many nieces and nephews; and special friends Werner Boehmert, Wausau; and Ray and Sue Guenther, Merrill.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The Taylor & Stine Funeral Home, Merrill, is assisting the family with arrangements.
