Lutzke-Martens

Diane K. Lutzke and William L. Martens, both of Merrill, were joined in marriage on Aug. 11, 2007, at the Lincoln County Sports Club, Merrill. Judge Merle Sheridan officiated at the late afternoon ceremony, with music provided by soloist Tom Kallio.

The bride is the daughter of Burdine and the late Donald Lutzke, Merrill. The groom is the son of Lyle and Darlene Martens, Green Bay.

Maid of honor was Katie Lutzke, daughter of the bride, Stevens Point; and Robert Martens, brother of the groom, Luxemburg, Wis., was best man. Junior bridesmaid was Teala Kumbera, granddaughter of the bride, Schofield; and flower girls were Madelyn and Claire Drew, granddaughters of the bride, Merrill.

Ushers were Tom Lutzke, brother of the bride, Irma; and Patti Block, sister of the bride, Merrill.

A reception was held at the Lincoln County Sports Club. The couple honeymooned in Italy.

Diane is office operations assistant at Lincoln Hills School, Irma. William is a senior underwriter at Church Mutual Insurance Company, Merrill.

They live in Merrill.
