Lesley Goetsch, Merrill, and Neil Kadlec Sr., Eagle River, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The prospective bride is the daughter of Bill and Joan Femlee, Jim Falls, and the late Caroline Femlee. Her fiance is the son of the late George and Gladys Kadlec, Forest View, Ill.

Lesley is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, and is a student at the College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, Minn., in the Master of Arts in health information and informatics program. She is director of health information at Howard Young Medical Center, Woodruff. Neil is a graduate of Elmhurst College, Elmhurst, Ill. He is a regional reimbursement specialist for Ministry Health Care, Northern Region.

An Aug. 12, 2006, wedding is planned at Trinity Lutheran Church, Minocqua.
