Kyle A. Forehand, 23, of Chippewa Falls, died suddenly Sunday, Feb. 8, 2006, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. Kyle, a loving son, was born Oct. 22, 1982, in Chippewa Falls to Theresa Anderson Forehand. On May 6, 2002, Kyle married Emily Gosnell in Chippewa Falls and later were to share their greatest joy and the highlight of his short life, the birth of their son Mason.

An active and adventurous child, Kyle grew up to love sports of all kinds, receiving trophies I Little League and Chippewa Falls school sports. He would eventually help coach and looked forward to the day his son would be old enough for him to coach in Little League as well. Kyle was a great fan of football and though he loved the Tampa bay Buccaneers the most, he could recite all teams’ statistics form most games during his life and even those from before. Often Kyle could be seen out playing golf or shooting baskets with family or friends he loved.

Kyle is survived by his wife Emily and young son Mason, Merrill; his mother, Teri Forehand, Chippewa Falls; and sister Heather (Chris) Leonhardt and baby niece Savannah, Milwaukee. Merrill relation include his mother and father-in-law Kristy and Peter Schwartz; sister and brother-in-law Jacob and Justin Schwartz; and special nieces, Aubrey, Breyonna and Amari Patton. Kyle is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in the Chippewa area, and especially a younger cousin Sarah, for whom he always had a special smile and hug.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother and grandfather and a maternal step-grandfather.

Memorial services were Wednesday, Feb. 8, at the Prock Funeral Home in Eau Claire. Burial will be in a family plot at a later date. Kyle will be sadly missed by many who loved him very much.
