Del Wedeman

Del Henry Wedeman, 91, of Shirley died Tuesday, July 20, at St. Anthony’s Healthcare Center in Morrilton.

Born March 30, 1913, in Merrill, Wis., he was the son of Ben and Ella Reece Wedeman. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Latter Day Saints.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Mica White; a brother, Clarence Wedeman; and a sister, Helen Duer.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Elizabeth Wedeman of Dover; two sons, Wayne Wedeman of Monroe, La., and Terry Wedeman of Washington; a daughter, Sandra Hartsfield of Dover; four grandchildren, Kara and Issac Wedeman and Shea and Gannon White; and a brother, Harold Wedeman of Oceanside, Calif.

The body was cremated under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service.
