Donna G. Kysely, 66, of Pewaukee, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2005.

Donna was born July 27, 1938, in Merrill, the daughter of Herman and Gertrude Weise Lau. She married Roger Kysely in 1961 and moved to the Waukesha area. He preceded her in death in 1985.

Donna graduated from Merrill High School in 1956. She retired from Indiana Insurance Company in Pewaukee. Donna was a member of the Hillcrest Homemakers and an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Brookfield. Donna was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her son Mike (Melissa), daughter Jill (William) Weis, granddaughters Taylor Kysely and Gabrielle Weis; brothers Herbert (Grace) Lau, Alton (Edith) Lau, and Ronald (Louise) Lau, sister Mert Shankwitz, and step-sister Helen VanderBunt.

Funeral services will be at noon on Friday, January 28, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 20275 Davidson Rd., Brookfield. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of services. Burial will follow at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Pewaukee. The Church and Chapel Funeral Home, New Berlin. Online obituary, condolences and directions at www.churchandchapel.com.
