---Granato, Amalia (Marriage – 17 July 2004)

Amalia Granato and Keith Wegner, both of New London, were married July 17, 2004, at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, Merrill. Rev. Jeffrey Martinson officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Rick and Patricia Granato, Merrill.

The groom is the son of Sally and Steve Storm, Merrill.

Maid of honor was Elizabeth Woller and Shawn Henke was best man.

Serving as bridesmaids were Nicole LaFave and sister of the bride Natalie Granato. Miniature bride was Paige Henke.

Acting as groomsmen were Andy Boquist and brother of the groom Steven Storm Jr. Miniature groom was Justin Haig, the groom’s nephew.

Ushers were Rick Granato Jr., brother of the bride; and Scott Haig Jr., the groom’s nephew.

A reception followed the ceremony at the Hoffman House in Wausau.

Amalia received a Bachelor of Science degree in exceptional education from UW Stevens Point. She is an eighth grade special education teacher at New London Middle School. Keith is employed at Oshkosh Truck Corporation.

The pair live in New London.
