Shirley Ewan and Clifton Parker, both of Merrill, were married May 14, 2005, at Kitchenette Park in Merrill. Judge Glen Hartley officiated at the noon ceremony, with music provided by the Jackson Family.

Maid of honor was Gloria Lemke, Merrill, and George Dimick, brother of the groom, Merrill, was best man.

Bridesmaids were Mary Krombholz and Pam Wilharms, both of Merrill. She was given in marriage by her son, Todd Ewan.

Serving as groomsmen were Rick Eby, Monico; and Jeff Burby, Merrill.

Ushers were Scott Ewan, son of the bride, Medford; and Connie Hintze, daughter of the bride, Merrill.

A reception was held at Kitchenette Park in Merrill following the ceremony. The couple honeymooned at El Dorado Royal Resort in Mexico.

Shirley is employed at Walmart in Merrill.

Clifton is self-employed in Merrill. The couple lives in Irma.
