Julie Rodgers, Bloomington, Ill., and Marc Langer, Bourbonnais, Ill.; were married July 23, 2005, at St. Martin of Tours Church. Rev. Dennis Settles officiated at the afternoon ceremony with music provided by organist Christ Wilcox. The bride is the daughter of John and Jan Rodgers, Bourbonnais, Ill.

The groom is the son of Ron and Debby Langer, Merrill.

Matron of honor was Jill Meadows and maid of honor was Jamie Rodgers, both sisters of the bride from Bourbonnais, Ill. Eric Langer, brother of the groom, Bourbonnais, Ill., was best man.

Bridesmaids include Kara Vonk, Chilicothie, Ill.; Dawn Timmerman, Kane, Ill.; Gina Linnabary, Bourbonnais, Ill.; and Beth Zoellner, the groom’s cousin, Minneapolis, Minn. Junior bridesmaid was Sara Langer, sister of the groom, Merrill; and flower girl was Natalie Lind, the bride’s cousin.

Severing as groomsmen were Dave Cieryea, Bourbonnais, Ill.; Wayne Schultz, Temperance, Mich.; Steve Langeleit and Alen Wilkening, both of Bourbonnais, Ill.; Jason Zoellner, the groom’s cousin, Merrill; and brain Meadows, Bourbonnais, Ill. Ring bearer was Philip Koerner, Bourbonnais, Ill.

Ushers were Mike Petronio, the bride’s cousin, New Lenox, Ill.; Matt Budy, Champaign, Ill.; Brian Severt, the groom’s cousin, Wausau; and Chris Kimmel, Decatur, Ill.

A reception was held at Elk’s County Club. The couple honeymooned at the Atlantis paradise Island Resort in the Bahamas. Julie is a schools social worker. Marc is an Aldi’s cashier. They live in Bloomington, Ill.
