The prospective bride is the daughter of James and Nancy Brouchoud, Wausau, and Dennis Kimps, Harshaw. The future groom is the son of Graham and Marcia Rankin, Irma. Wendy is a 1988 graduate of Wausau West High School. She is a mail carrier with the U. S. Postal Service. Dale is a 1985 graduate of Merrill High School. He is employed at PCA of Tomahawk. The couple is planning a May 14, 2005, wedding at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Irma.
