William A. Kleinschmidt, 38, 415 E. Seventh St., Merrill, died unexpectedly at Holy Cross Hospital, Merrill, Friday night.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at St. Stephen's United Church of Christ, Merrill, at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Dale G. Kuck will officiate, and burial will be in Snow Hill Cemetery, Town of Scott. Friends many call at Taylor Funeral Home, Merrill, from 2 p.m. Monday until 10 a.m. Tuesday, and at the church after 11 a.m. until the hour of services.

Mr. Kleinschmidt was born Nov. 4, 1930, in Merrill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Kleinschmidt. On July 21, 1951, in Merrill, he was married to Frieda Morkz, who survives. He was a veteran of the Korean conflict and a member of the Eagles Club.

Survivors, besides his wife, include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Kleinschmidt, 403 Blaine St., Merrill; two daughters, Dawn and Peggy, at home; a son, Steven, at home, and three sisters, Mrs. Erwin Koehler, 1506 Jackson St., Merrill, Mrs. Gordon Jaeger, Merrill, Route 5, and Mrs. Dennis Krenzke, Milwaukee.
