Daniel Oestreich

Daniel Oestreich, 61, Merrill, died Monday, Dec. 5, 2005, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was employed at Kolbe and Kolbe Millwork Co. in Wausau.

Survivors include his wife, Georgene Oestreich, Merrill; his mother, Leona Oestreich, Merrill; one daughter, Rosalie (Shawn) Spiegel, Merrill; one son, Chris (Shawna) Kletzine, Merrill; six grandchildren; five sisters, Marion Fox, Elaine Oestreich and Joanne (David) Sauers, all of Merrill, Arlene Rickenberg, St. Germain, and Betty (Jack) Clark, Bloomington, Ind.; and two brothers, Paul Jr. (Sandy) Oestreich, Wausau, and David (Marge) Oestreich, Merrill.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Waid Funeral Home in Merrill. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery in the town of Corning. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, and will begin again at 9:30 a.m. Friday until the time of service, all at the funeral home.
