Thelma Gail Osborn Blankenship, 77, of Modesto died Aug. 5 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Merrill, Wis.

 

Mrs. Blankenship was a native of Mattoon, Ill., and had lived in Modesto since 1991. She was a homemaker.

 

She is survived by her children, Charlene Lechmaier of Merrill, Wis., Brian Blankenship of Redding, Kathy Aguirre of Pioneer and Linda Connell of Valley Springs; brothers, Harry Osborn and Peanut Osborn, both of Mattoon, Ill.; and 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Earl Blankenship.

 

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Ceres Memorial Park. The McHenry Chapel of Franklin & Downs in charge of arrangements.
