Raymond Ebbe

 

Raymond Lincoln Ebbe, a resident of McCloud, died of natural causes at his home on January 22, 2005. He was 99.

 

Raymond was born in Merrill, Wisconsin on July 3, 1905. He moved to Siskiyou County in 1924.

Raymond was a security supervisor in the lumber mill industry. He was a member of McCloud Community Service Club, Cemetery Association of McCloud, McCloud Firemen Association, and Siskiyou Masonic Lodge #297. Raymond was honored with a 75 year pin from the Masons.

Survivors include a daughter, Donna Parks of McCloud; three grandchildren, Suzie (and Tim) Wess of Chico, Scott (and Cathie) McLain of Seattle, Washington, and Bruce McLain of Chico; four great-grandchildren; and two great, great-grandchildren.

 

A memorial service will be held this Saturday, January 29th, at 2 p.m., at the McCloud Presbyterian Church with the family officiating. Burial will be at the McCloud Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Mercy Hospice, Mt. Shasta, 914 Pine Street, Mount Shasta, CA 96067; Boy Scouts of American, Cub Scout Pack #42, PO Box, 763, McCloud, CA 96057; Shriners Children's Hospital, 1701 19th Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94122; or to a church youth group or charity of one's choice.
