(25 Feb. 1911 - 24 Dec. 2003) Angeline Pophal Angeline A. Pophal, 92, 2100 E. Sixth St., Merrill, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2003, at Pine Crest Nursing Home, Merrill. Angeline worked in the laundry department at Pine Crest Nursing Home from 1957-1980. Survivors include four daughters, Margie Mae (Roger) Young, Neenah, and Beverly (George) Kleist, Phyllis (Paul) Mussell and Judith (David) Kleinschmidt, all of Merrill; two sons, Carl (Audrey) Pophal, Jr. and David (Trude) Pophal, both of Merrill; 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and 13 step-great-grandchildren,; one sister, Violet Bronson, West Allis; one brother, Lawrence (Marsha Nutter, Wausau) Nutter, Merrill; and many other relatives and friends. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Taylor and Stine Funeral Home, Merrill. Burial will be in Chat Cemetery, town of Birch. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Taylor and Stine Funeral Home, Merrill, is assisting the family with arrangements. |
