Funeral services were held today (Wednesday) at our Saviour’s Lutheran Church for Mrs. Ida M. Jahnke, 87, 1402 E. 3rd St., who died on Sunday at Pine Crest. Rev. Gerhard Bretheim officiated and burial was in Merrill Memorial Park.

The former Ida Uttech was born August 24, 1888, in Liberty Grove, Wi., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Uttech. On June 3, 1911, in Pine River she was married to Robert Jahnke. He died April 29, 1968.

Mrs. Jahnke was a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church and the Priscilla Circle of the church.

Surviving are a son, Ronald, 1402 E. 3rd St., one brother Erich Uttech, 704 Cottage St., four sisters: Mrs. Martha Schulz, 215 Grand Ave., Mrs. Louise Gehrke, 1405 E 2nd St., Mrs. Hattie Kordes, Milwaukee and Mrs. Clara Pieper, 1814 River St., and one grandchild.
