CHAPTER 35.
                    [Published March 18, 1868]
AN ACT to authorized the board of supervisers in Rock county to settle a certain claim.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact
as follows:
May settle with J. W. Plato.
SECTION 1. It shall be lawful for the board of supervisors of
Rock county to settle and adjust the claim of J. W. PLATO, of the city of Janesville, for injuries sustained on or about the 29th day of April, 1866, while performing his duty as constable in said city.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
