Testimony

Thomas J. Beard states that in January 1853 he was appointed guardian for William Beard and John Beard, infant sons of William J. Beard, deceased. The wards had an interest in the real estate of their grandfather, G. W. Beard, deceased, which was settled on October 2, 1856. Their interest was an undivided 1/7 of 117 acres of land in Gallatin County, Kentucky on Eagle Creek.  March 5, 1864.
