J. Hampton Collins, guardian of Hampton E. Daugherty, who is entitled
to a 1/16 part of the estate of his father, Joseph Daugherty, late of Pendleton
County, Kentucky, deceased, subject to the widow's interest. The guardian
has employed Samuel F. Swope, an attorney, to institute a suit in Pendleton
County Circuit Court on behalf of his ward.
