Last Will of Lucretia Franks
I, Lucretia
Franks, knowing the uncertainty of human life, and wanting to arrange my
business while I yet retain my mind, do make this my last will and testament.
I want after my death my son Barnett Weden Franks to have and hold as his
own without circumstance the piece of land I bought of D. D. Clements containing
near 21 acres more or less. Also my personal property after my debts and
funeral expenses and other incidental expenses are
settled.
