Ameries E. Nichols, guardian of Nancy J. Nichols, Mary Alice Nichols and John Thomas Nichols. Said wards are entitled to a tract of land in Grant County, Kentucky on the Warsaw Road, containing about 85 acres.   June 9, 1869.
