James T. Wilson

James T. Wilson was born in 1815 in Grant County, Kentucky, a son of James Wilson. He applied for a marriage bond in Grant County on April 8, 1839, with Thomas Wilson as bondsman. On April 18, 1839 in Grant County, Kentucky, he married Sarah Belle Odor, daughter of Barnett Odor and Sally Bowles. Sarah Belle Order was born in 1823 in Grant County, Kentucky and died August 4, 1899 in LaBelle, Lewis County, Missouri. Their children were:

1. Alice Wilson - no further information.

2. Melissa Wilson was born August 12, 1840 in Grant County, Kentucky and died May 19, 1894 in LaBelle, Lewis County, Missouri. She married Cornelius Burns on March 12, 1856 in Grant County, a son of David Burns and Margaret Franks Webster. He was born in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky in 1827 and died August 5, 1892 in Lewis County, Missouri. They are buried in LaBelle Cemetery, Lewis County, Missouri. 3. Sarah E. Wilson was born 1842 in Grant County, Kentucky, and died December 16, 1888 in Lewis County, Missouri. She married David Blackburn in Lewis County, Missouri, a native of Kentucky. Their children were James, Susan, David , Jane, Warren, Albert, and Sarah Blackburn.

4. Barnett Wilson was born June 2, 1846 and died August 13, 1930 in Lewis County, Missouri. He married Mary E. (surname unknown). She was born November 18, 1850 and died November 11, 1938. Barnett and wife, Mary, are buried in LaBelle Cemetery, Lewis County, Missouri. Their children are Ernest, Eva E., and Samuel B. Wilson.

5. Susan Wilson born about 1847.

6. James W. Wilson was born March 19, 1859 in Grant County, Kentucky and died April 16, 1888 in Lewis County, Missouri.
