This is a picture of Thomas Jefferson Hyatt b.Feb 11, 1859, d. Feb. 19, 1957.
His home was on Highway 100 in Heard County.
He is standing with his great-grandson Wendell Sanford.
This photo was taken on Grandpa Hyatt’s 98th birthday celebration.
He passed
away about a week after the picture was taken from a cerebral hemorrhage.
