On Wednesday, June 5, 1929, Mr. Daniel Drescher and Miss Laura M. Lichte were joined in holy wedlock at the Maple Works Lutheran Church, Rev. M. M. Keiper performing the ceremony.
The groom is the son of Mrs. Julius Drescher of the town of Grant, Clark County, Wis. He has lived at home and is carrying on the home farm. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Lichte of the town of Grant. She is a young lady of quiet tastes and lady-like manners, and is much liked by a goodly circle of friends.
The young couple is spending their honeymoon on a trip through Minnesota and other states.
